The Bays - Aptos

Several nice rooms available in a beautiful retail nursery surrounding. Ponds, walking paths and picnic area open to the public. This building has plenty of parking and is open during the day, 7 days a week. The gate is closed and alarm systems are activated at night. Public restroom available to occupant. Bay number 4 is shown on upper right, Bay 8 on lower left. Each Bay size is shown below. All are accessed with a 6´ sliding glass door and each has a window. All are finished drywall, painted white with outlets all round and ceiling lights. Telephone is available.

Each Bay has a sliding glass door, mounted in a larger archway. The archway can be easily opened for moving in large equipment. Some bays are single, like Bay 1, 2, and 4 shown here and some are doubles like Bay 3.

Bay 8 at the end is the most private.

Bay 5 is a double and finished as an office.

Bay 5 again shows the abundance of natural light.
